With a background in IT and leadership training at UC Berkeley, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision in scaling technology businesses.

Andrea Rolim
Andrea Rolim is an experienced executive and board member, currently serving on the Boards of Dexco, Lojas Renner, and Grupo Fleury, as well as Advisor at Orby.co. She was President of Kimberly-Clark Brazil, leading large-scale operations and strategy in the consumer goods sector. With a background in Economics from PUC-SP, she brings strong expertise in governance, corporate transformation, and sustainable growth.

Gustavo Fernandes
Gustavo Fernandes is Vice President of Oncology at Rede Américas (a joint initiative of Dasa and Amil) and General Director of Oncology at Dasa. With over two decades of experience in oncology, he served as Director at Hospital Sírio-Libanês in Brasília. He holds a medical degree from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), with residencies in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Hemotherapy at the University of São Paulo (USP), followed by a residency in Oncology at Hospital Sírio-Libanês. He further completed an Advanced Clinical Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), New York.

Michael Lehmann
Michael Lehmann is a senior executive with over three decades of financial leadership across global industries. He began his career at Knorr-Bremse in 1986, later serving as CFO at MWM Motores Diesel Argentina, Autotex, and Volkswagen at Brasil, where he implemented international financial control standards that became benchmarks for the VW Group worldwide. He has also held leadership roles at Drausuisse Brasil. Currently, he serves on the boards of innovative companies such as Tractian, as well as in governance at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, where he chaired the Audit Committee. At Orby.co, Michael contributes his expertise in corporate governance, operational excellence, and strategic financial planning to support growth and international expansion.

Paulo Carvao
Paulo Carvão is a Senior Fellow at Harvard University. He is the former CRO at IBM, and an Electrical and Electronics Engineer from the Military Institute of Engineering, completed executive programs at Wharton and Harvard, and has an MBA in Marketing from PUC-Rio. Paulo also contributes as a writer for Forbes, serves on multiple boards, including Orby.co and a37, and advises venture capital investments at Chestnut Street Ventures.

Paula Jereissati
Paula Jereissati is an innovative healthcare executive and board advisor, currently Head of Business Enablement, Systems & Transformation at LivaNova, and serves on multiple boards, including Orby.co and Neurogram. She previously led Digital Health Strategy at Alcon. She served as VP of Strategy, Operations & Partnerships – Robotics & Digital at Johnson & Johnson, with earlier roles at brain4care, Hospital Albert Einstein, and as CEO of Escala. Paula holds a B.S. in Genetics & Cellular Biology and a B.A. in Physiology from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from Insper (Healthcare Management) and FGV, and executive education at MIT Sloan (Organizational Design for Digital Transformation), bringing deep expertise in digital transformation, go-to-market, product lifecycle, and strategic partnerships.

Vânia Bezerra
Vânia Bezerra is an executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Director of Social Commitment and member of the Executive Committee at Hospital Sírio-Libanês. Vânia has coordinated national programs under PROADI-SUS, working closely with the Ministry of Health. Vânia holds advanced degrees and executive education from institutions such as Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, UCLA Anderson, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the University of Oxford. She brings strong expertise in ESG, innovation, and governance, driving transformative and sustainable impact in healthcare and beyond.

Weber Porto
Weber Porto is a seasoned executive and board member with a strong background in Chemical Engineering. He has built his career at Evonik Degussa, where he has held leadership positions in Brazil, Germany, and Argentina. Currently, he serves as President of Evonik Degussa Brasil, leading operations across Central and South America since 2000. Weber also serves on the boards of several American companies, is Director at the Brazilian Agribusiness Association (ABAG), and a board member at the Oswaldo Cruz German Hospital, where he also served as Chairman. Since 2012, he has been part of the Advisory Board at Fundação Dom Cabral.
